EMAT exam results are not published by IIM Kozhikode (IIMK). There is no public result list, rank or scorecard. IIMK tells shortlisted candidates directly and calls them for the Personal Interview. A candidate with a valid CAT, GMAT or GRE score at IIMK's cut-off does not take EMAT. So no EMAT result applies to that candidate. EMAT stands for Executive Management Aptitude Test, the entrance test for the MBA for Working Executives (earlier called EPGP).
Phase IV offers: 20 October 2026
2026-10-20For EPGP-IL batch 19 (2026-28), IIMK lists 20 October 2026 as the date for Phase IV offers. IIMK has announced no EMAT 2027 result date because it has announced no 2027 cycle.
The IIMK EMAT result is not a list or a rank. It is a pass or fail against a cut-off. The EMAT exam results stay private to each candidate, and IIMK communicates the EMAT result to each one separately. The EMAT cutoff page has the category-wise percentages. The EMAT 2027 dates page has the full phase calendar.
IIMK shares EMAT exam results with each candidate directly, not through a public result page. There is no public EMAT result list. The sections below explain what you receive and when.
IIMK publishes no list, rank or scorecard for EMAT exam results. A candidate who meets the cut-off is considered eligible for the next stage, the Personal Interview. EMAT results are private, so no ranking exists. No EMAT 2027 result can be released until IIM Kozhikode announces a 2027 cycle.

No. IIMK publishes no public EMAT exam results and no scorecard. Candidates who meet the cut-off are considered eligible for the interview, and IIMK communicates the shortlist to each candidate. IIM Kashipur runs a separate test with the same name. Its results are a different matter and are not covered here.

IIMK sets no separate date for EMAT exam results. The nearest official markers are the offer dates for each phase. EPGP-IL batch 19 (2026-28) had four phases, and each phase had two EMAT dates.
| Phase | EMAT dates (2026) | Offers on or before |
|---|---|---|
| Phase I | 17 and 29 May | 30 June 2026 |
| Phase II | 19 and 23 July | 17 August 2026 |
| Phase III | 6 and 10 September | 1 October 2026 |
| Phase IV | 4 and 10 October | 20 October 2026 |
The IIMK EMAT result for Phase IV is due with the offers on 20 October 2026. The Phase IV EMAT dates are as listed on the IIMK admission page. The admission policy PDF lists only 4 October 2026, so the two IIMK documents differ.
IIMK has not announced any EMAT result 2027 date. The 2027 cycle for EPGP-IL is not announced. The EPGP Kochi page says admissions for 2027-2029 will start soon. In 2026, offers followed the last EMAT date of each phase by 10 to 32 days. That is our own count from the official dates. Treat it as a rough guide, not an IIMK promise. Watch the EMAT 2027 dates page for updates.
You cannot download EMAT exam results. IIMK communicates them to each candidate. Keep your registered email and mobile number active, since the IIMK portal uses both for login. Each IIMK EMAT result is sent only to the candidate.
You know you cleared EMAT when IIMK calls you for the Personal Interview. That call is how the EMAT exam results reach you. IIMK does not publish marks or a pass list of EMAT exam results. The call means you moved to the next stage. Other EMAT results are not shared with you. A candidate who has not been called can ask the admission office by email.
IIMK issues no EMAT scorecard, so the EMAT exam results have no download link. The official application portal is the IIMK admission portal for EPGP-IL.
Treat any EMAT result link with care
IIMK has no public EMAT result page. Treat any link that claims to show EMAT exam results or a scorecard as unofficial.
No. IIM Kozhikode does not issue a public EMAT scorecard, and it has not published a scorecard format. The EMAT exam results come as a message about your next stage, not a score sheet. If you want to know your marks, ask the admission office. IIMK does not say whether it shares marks on request.
The EMAT exam results carry no published scorecard details, because no public scorecard exists. The table shows what is and is not available.
| Detail | Published by IIMK |
|---|---|
| Cut-off as a percentage of total marks | Yes |
| Total marks of the test | No |
| Your marks, percentile or rank | No |
| Section-wise score | No |
| Normalisation method | No |
| Score validity | No |
The only score rule that IIMK states is the cut-off percentage of total marks. The other items in the table are not published for the EPGP-IL test. This is how the EMAT exam results work for every candidate. It is not a gap in your application.
EMAT has no percentile. IIMK counts the score behind your EMAT exam results as 40% of the merit list. The Personal Interview counts as 60%. This is the rule in the EPGP-IL batch 19 admission policy.
The EMAT score, or a CAT, GRE or GMAT score, carries 40% of the merit list for EPGP-IL batch 19. The Personal Interview carries 60%. IIMK also says that securing only the minimum score does not mean admission. Work experience is counted as well, but IIMK has not published its numeric weight.
No, if your score meets IIMK's minimum and is recent. The batch 19 policy accepts these scores in place of EMAT.
| Test | Minimum score |
|---|---|
| CAT | 75 percentile |
| GMAT | 700 |
| GRE | Verbal 151, Quant 152, Analytical Writing 3.5 |
The score must be not older than 3 years as on 17 May 2026. That is the date of the first EMAT in that cycle. IIMK has not announced the rule for 2027.
No percentile and no validity period are published for EMAT. IIMK has not published a tie-break rule either.
IIMK publishes no EMAT toppers, no count of candidates who appeared and no count who qualified. Past EMAT exam results are therefore not available in any official form. IIM Kozhikode has shared no EMAT results data for any year.
No. IIMK has published no list of past EMAT exam results and no topper names. The only class data it shares is for the EPGP-18 batch. The average work experience is 8+ years, and 29% of participants are women. This tells you who the typical EMAT applicant is, a working professional with several years in a job.
One pattern is official. IIMK runs EMAT in phases during the admission year, with two EMAT dates in each phase. Each phase has its own offer date. The IIMK EMAT result for one phase does not wait for the next.
If the EMAT exam results show you met the cut-off, the next stage is the Personal Interview. The offer follows. The steps below follow the EPGP-IL batch 19 policy.
The interview looks at five areas. These are communication and aptitude, academic efforts, and quality and length of work experience. The other two are general and business awareness, and managerial or leadership competence. It also has a minimum bar after standardisation. The bar is 25% for General, 20% for OBC (NC), EWS and Women, and 15% for SC, ST and PwD.

IIMK lists this as the Phase IV offer date.

The EMAT colleges page explains the two programmes. The EMAT registration page covers the documents you need before you reach this stage.
Keep your documents ready and prepare for the Personal Interview. IIM Kozhikode asks for scanned original certificates, because provisional certificates are not accepted as proof of education. You also need proof of work experience and an employer reference letter. A category claim needs a certificate issued after 1 January 2026. Read the EMAT eligibility rules once more, so you are ready for the interview questions on your work experience.
IIMK has published no re-evaluation, score review or challenge process for EMAT exam results. Ask the admission office whether you may apply again in a later phase or cycle. A CAT, GMAT or GRE score that meets the cut-off can replace EMAT in a later attempt. EPGP Kochi is a separate programme. The IIMK FAQ says the admission and class schedules of the two programmes are independent. Treat them as separate applications.
No. IIM Kashipur runs its own test with the same name for its Executive MBA. It has announced EMAT on 26 December 2026 and the interview on 27 December 2026. Classes start in July 2027.
IIMK does not state an attempt limit. EPGP-IL batch 19 had four phases. Whether you may apply again in a later phase or cycle is not published, so ask the admission office.
IIMK publishes no validity period for EMAT. A CAT, GMAT or GRE score has a stated limit of 3 years in the batch 19 policy.
Only through what IIMK tells you directly. There is no public page. The IIM Kozhikode admission office is at epgpadmission@iimk.ac.in.
IIMK does not say. It publishes no scorecard, so the IIMK EMAT result stays a pass or fail message. You can write to epgpadmission@iimk.ac.in to ask.

It starts with research, where each fact is checked on the official source. A second, independent source is then used to confirm that the fact is correct and the latest. Third-party sites are used only to spot differences and are never treated as a source. Before writing, the team studies what students actually search for and what the top results leave out. This study covers Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, including AI answers and “People also ask” questions. Pages written by Atul are in plain English that can be understood in one read, and they open with the question the reader is most likely to have. Before a page goes live, every number, name, date, and fact is checked again against its official source. Finally, an editor reads and humanises every page, however good the draft is. Atul believes that advice on education should be simple, honest, and based on official facts. Fees and figures should come with their source. A student should be told clearly when a college is not the right fit.
