GMAT Question Paper 2027: Download Previous Year Papers

Past GMAT exam question papers are not public, because GMAC's policy treats real test questions as confidential. GMAC does publish free official practice material. The free material is a Starter Kit with two full-length practice exams. It also has sample questions with an answer key. A file called "GMAT question paper 2025" is not a real exam paper.

GMAT exam question papers 2027 means the same official practice items that exist today. This page lists what GMAC offers, what each item costs and how to use it. It also says which files to avoid. For the structure that every practice paper follows, read the GMAT exam pattern.

GMAT exam question papers for earlier years are not available from GMAC. The test is adaptive and appointment-based, so there is no single paper that every candidate sits.

Is there a GMAT question paper 2025 PDF?

No. GMAC has released no GMAT question paper 2025 or 2024 edition. No GMAT exam question papers PDF exists for any year. Real questions stay confidential. The nearest official item is the practice exam in the Starter Kit.

Where can I download GMAT sample papers PDF free?

Use the two official pages above. They are GMAC's free official sources. GMAC says not all practice tests replicate its algorithm. A file from outside GMAC may not match the real score scale or timing. Treat those GMAT sample papers as unchecked.

GMAT exam question papers with solutions come only as GMAC practice products, and the answers are part of each product. The solutions sit inside the product, not in a standalone PDF.

The Sample Questions page carries an answer key lower on the page. The Starter Kit route includes answer explanations after your first practice exam. The Official Guide 2026-2027 gives answers and explanations for its real exam questions. It also comes with an online question bank in your mba.com account.

Are there GMAT sample papers with solutions PDF?

Not as one official file. GMAC publishes solutions inside the Sample Questions page, the Starter Kit and the Official Guide. A GMAT sample papers with solutions PDF from outside GMAC is not a GMAC product. Read the GMAT answer key page to see why the real exam has no key.

Why do old 10th Edition files not help for the current exam?

GMAT exam question papers written for the 10th Edition test a different exam. GMAC retired that edition on 31 January 2024, and its scores stay valid for five years from the test date.

The official GMAT sample questions come with an answer key, and no 2025 or 2026 paper sits behind them. These are the GMAT exam question papers 2027 candidates can use for a first look at all three sections.

The page has three Problem Solving questions for Quantitative Reasoning. It has a Reading Comprehension passage with two questions and two Critical Reasoning questions for Verbal Reasoning. The latest official GMAT sample papers are the products on the GMAC store today. GMAC published the Official Guide 2026-2027 in May 2026. Practice Exams 1 to 6 are current.

What is the GMAT question paper pattern?

The GMAT question paper pattern has 64 questions in three sections of 45 minutes each. Quantitative Reasoning has 21 questions, Verbal Reasoning has 23 and Data Insights has 20. The total time is 2 hours 15 minutes plus one optional 10-minute break. Official GMAT sample papers follow the same pattern. See the GMAT syllabus 2027 for the content of each section.

GMAT exam question papers 2027 by year are not available. GMAC sells official question sets by section and by full exam. The Starter Kit is free, and the paid items cost about US$27 to US$300.

Which GMAT practice exam is closest to the real test?

The official Practice Exams are closest. GMAC says they use the same algorithm, scoring and timing as the real exam. The Starter Kit exams are aligned to the real score scale and percentile rankings. GMAC also warns that candidates often score higher in practice than on test day, because of anxiety and timing.

Take Practice Exam 1 before you buy anything else. Its score report shows which section needs work. That saves money on review books you may not need. Add the GMAT 2027 books only after you know your weak section.

Solving official GMAT exam question papers gives you a baseline score and a pace. It also shows your weak question types. Those three things decide how you spend the next six weeks.

• A baseline score on the real scale. The scale runs from 205 to 805, so you know where you stand against a target school.
• A feel for timing. Each section has 45 minutes, and you choose the section order.
• Practice with the review screen. You can bookmark questions and edit up to three answers per section.
