Is the MICA PGDM Fee Different From PGDM-C?
MICA lists the same indicative figure of about ₹29.50 lakh for both in batch 2027-29. That is the MICA PGDM fee and the PGDM-C fee alike. The PGDM page shows ₹30,10,000 for batch 2026-28 in a return-on-investment note, so ask the office which figure binds your batch.
Is MICA Fees ₹26 Lakh, ₹28 Lakh or ₹29.50 Lakh?
₹29.50 lakh is the latest figure among MICA fees, for batch 2027-29. ₹28 lakh and ₹26 lakh appear in older MICA text for earlier batches. Do not use them for MICA fees of the 2027 intake.
Does the MICA Fee Rise Every Year?
MICA states that fees are subject to change and that starred figures are indicative. The fee rose from ₹28 lakh in earlier text to ₹29.50 lakh. Plan for another revision of the MICA fees structure.
MICA Hostel and Other Fees

How Much Are the MICA Hostel Fees?
MICA publishes no hostel fee on its own. Hostel and mess are inside the ₹29.50 lakh PGDM-C and PGDM fee and the ₹14.50 lakh PGCM fee. Sports Management, PGCM-DMMC and CSC give residential stay off campus.
Is MICA Hostel Compulsory?
MICA runs PGDM-C and PGDM as full-time residential programmes, and the hostel is part of the fee. It names no non-resident option, so ask the admissions team if you wish to live elsewhere.
What Is the MICAT Fee?
The MICAT application fee is ₹2,500, plus ₹500 for each extra programme you are shortlisted for. MICAT I and MICAT II need separate registration and fee.
MICA Fee Payment Structure
MICA fees for PGCM-AMC and PGCM-DMMC are paid in two instalments over the year. MICA publishes no instalment dates or amounts for the two-year PGDM-C and PGDM, and none for FPM, as no tuition is charged. The offer letter is where your own schedule appears. MICA fees 2027 follow that schedule.

PGDM-C and PGDM dates are given in the offer letter. PGCM-AMC and PGCM-DMMC fees are paid in two instalments.
Confirm Dates and Amounts in Writing
MICA marks every fee as indicative. Ask admissions@micamail.in for the instalment dates, amounts and any deposit before you accept an offer. Get the MICA course fee for your programme in writing.
Are Education Loans Available for MICA Fees?
MICA publishes no loan limit and no list of partner banks on its admissions pages. Banks lend against the offer letter, so ask each bank for its limit against MICA fees of about ₹29.50 lakh. Keep the loan close to your expected pay, not the highest offer of ₹45.67 lakh.
MICA Scholarship Opportunities
MICA scholarships can cut the tuition part of MICA fees by 25% to 100%. Only 25 to 30 awards go out each year. The award is merit-cum-means and is given to students already studying at MICA. So you plan for the full fee when you apply, and ask for help after you join.
PGDM-C, PGDM, PGCM-AMC and PGCM-DMMC students can apply, and the Sports Management and CSC pages also say their students are eligible. Family income must not exceed ₹10 lakh a year. The Equity Scholarship gives up to ₹5 lakh to one or two first-year PGDM-C and PGDM students. The scholarship page has the full process.
MICA Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy
MICA publishes no refund table for PGDM-C and PGDM fees on its admission pages. Treat MICA fees as non-refundable until the office states otherwise. What it does state is firm: the programme choice, once confirmed, cannot be changed. A candidate merit-listed for more than one programme may accept only one. Accepting an offer means giving up the place in the other merit list.
Before You Accept an Offer
Ask admissions@micamail.in for the refund and cancellation terms in writing. Do this before you pay the first instalment.
If You Hold More Than One MICA Offer
You must accept one programme by the date in the offer letter. The other merit-list place is then given up.
MICAT and Application Fees
MICA states no refund for the ₹2,500 application fee or the ₹500 add-on fee. Treat both as non-refundable unless the office confirms otherwise.
