MICA courses for the 2027 intake are seven programmes in three schools, and the two-year PGDM-C is the largest with 180 seats. MICA courses range from an 11-month certificate to a four-year doctoral programme. Pick among the MICA courses by role, not by length. All of them are postgraduate or higher, and MICA lists no undergraduate course. This page gives the MICA courses list with seats, duration, eligibility and entry route for each course. Admission to the PGDM-C, PGDM and Sports Management uses CAT, XAT or GMAT with MICAT, and the PGCM-AMC, PGCM-DMMC and CSC use MICAT alone. The MICA PG courses below are the MICA courses 2027 list in full.

No. Marketing and brand work is the core, but the PGDM is built around business analytics and consulting. In 2024-26 the offers came from FMCG, consulting, BFSI, media and consumer tech, so the MICA courses lead to several sectors.
MICA UG courses do not exist. MICA degree courses are also absent, because it awards diplomas, certificates and a doctoral fellowship. The PGDM carries an AIU letter of equivalence to an MBA.
The flagship course at MICA is the two-year PGDM-C, and you enter it through CAT, XAT or GMAT, MICAT, a group exercise and an interview.
🎓FlagshipPGDM-CA two-year full-time residential programme in brand, marketing, advertising, media and consumer insight. It has 180 seats. The MICA About page calls the PGDM-C its flagship programme. It holds 180 of the 428 seats across all seven MICA programmes, the largest share. MICA reports PGDM-C and PGDM placements together, with a median CTC of ₹19.57 lakh for batch 2024-26. MICA also calls the PGCM-AMC the flagship of its School of Applied Creativity. Check the MICA fees and MICA admission pages before you apply.
The MICA courses list for 2027 has two diplomas, three PGCM programmes, one certificate and one doctoral fellowship. These are all the courses in MICA that take students in 2027. The table shows the duration and seats for each.
| MICA course | Duration | Seats |
|---|---|---|
| PGDM-C | 2 years | 180 |
| PGDM | 2 years | 60 |
| PGCM Sports Management | 1 year | 40 |
| PGCM-AMC (earlier CCC) | 1 year | 60 |

The MICA PGDM-C is the biggest of the MICA PG courses. It teaches brand, marketing, advertising, media and consumer insight with business fundamentals. Year 1 is common, and Year 2 splits into two tracks. The timeline shows how the first year runs.

Term 2

In Year 2, you choose the Job Seekers track or the Job Creators track, and the Job Creators track is worth 49 credits. Job Seekers pick any two of seven functional majors and any two of eight sectors. The majors include Advanced Brand Management, Marketing Technology and AI, and Data Science and Analytics with AI. The sectors include FMCG, retail, consumer tech, media and sports, BFSI and fintech, and health-tech.
The MICA PGDM has 60 seats, and it puts business analytics and consulting at the centre. Among MICA courses 2027, it is the one built for analytics. Business Analytics and Consulting is compulsory, and you add one of the other six majors and two sectors. MICA says quantitative cut-offs may be higher for the PGDM, because MICAT weights quantitative ability more for it. The PGDM-C weights creative aptitude and verbal ability more.
The three PGCM courses are 12-month certificate programmes for people who want a focused career. They are the MICA PG courses with a craft bias. The tabs show what each one teaches.

The MICA CSC is an 11-month certificate in strategic communication, and it launches in 2027-28. It has 40 seats, a 15-day orientation and three terms, then a summer internship. Students pick one of two tracks: CSR, Brand and Corporate Affairs, or HCXAI and Conversation Design. MICA marks the AICTE approval of this course as pending.
The MICA FPM is a four-year, full-time doctoral programme in strategic marketing and communication. It has 8 seats and is non-residential. Scholars complete 53 credits of coursework, spend three months in a global research immersion, and present at conferences. MICA says 42 scholars have completed the FPM since 2010, the longest of all MICA courses. It holds an AIU letter of equivalence to a PhD dated 23 January 2025.

MICA online courses are four programmes for working people, run with ed-tech partners and priced separately. The programmes sit under MICA Executive Education and need a graduate degree. The MICA online courses run alongside the campus courses. Three show a fee on the MICA page, and the table gives the batch figures as printed.
| MICA online course | Duration | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| AI-Powered Digital Marketing and Communication | 4 to 11.5 months | See the MICA page |
| Strategic Brand Management and Communications | 28 weeks, plus 8 weeks for the AI add-on | ₹1,36,500 plus GST |
| Executive Programme in MarTech and AI | 26 weeks | ₹1,29,500 plus GST |
| Certificate in Business Analytics With AI | 6 months | ₹10,000 to register, rest after placement |
Any graduate or diploma holder from a recognised institution can join these MICA online courses in digital marketing and brand. The MarTech programme asks for a bachelor's degree, and the analytics programme takes graduates and above. The brand and MarTech batches show a start date of 22 September 2026, and the analytics programme is open for its 2027 batch. MICA also runs customised leadership programmes under its LMDP page.
No. The online programmes are certificates for working people, and they carry no PGDM or MBA equivalence. They run on a different timeline, fee and admission route from the campus courses.
MICA courses eligibility is a bachelor's degree of three years in any discipline, with at least 50% marks. The degree must come from a university recognised by the AIU. This is the MICA courses eligibility rule for the PGDM-C, PGDM, the three PGCM courses and the CSC. The FPM and the online courses have their own rules, which are separate from the main MICA courses.
| MICA course | Minimum qualification | Entry test |
|---|---|---|
| PGDM-C and PGDM | Degree, 50% marks | CAT, XAT or GMAT, plus MICAT |
| Sports Management | Degree, 50% marks | CAT, XAT or GMAT, plus MICAT |
| PGCM-AMC, PGCM-DMMC, CSC | Degree, 50% marks | MICAT |
| FPM | Master's degree, or a four-year honours degree | A valid test score, plus MICAT |
The FPM has three paths set by the UGC. You may hold a two-year master's after a three-year bachelor's. You may hold a one-year master's after a four-year honours or research bachelor's. Or you may hold a four-year honours or research bachelor's with a CGPA of 7.5, which is 75%. Foreign nationals and NRIs with GRE scores can also apply.
Final-year students can apply, and so can graduates awaiting results. You must give a certificate from your institute by 30 June 2027. It must say you have met all the degree requirements. Then you join provisionally. You must give the final marksheet and passing certificate by 31 December 2027, or the admission is cancelled.
MICA converts every grade into a percentage. If your institute gives a conversion factor, MICA uses it. If none exists, MICA multiplies your CGPA by 10. You must then show a conversion certificate during verification.
No. MICA's eligibility rules ask for no work experience. In the 2025-27 PGDM-C and PGDM batch over half had worked, so a fresher joins a mixed class.
MICA courses fees are about ₹29.50 lakh for the two-year PGDM-C and PGDM, and about ₹14.50 lakh for the one-year courses. The figures are for the 2027-29 and 2027-28 batches, and MICA calls them indicative. These MICA courses fees can change. The FPM has no tuition fee. The fees page has the full table, hostel details and instalments for all MICA courses.

MICA courses duration runs from 11 months for the CSC to four years for the FPM. Both diplomas last two years, so the MICA courses duration is the same for them. The three PGCM courses last one year, which is 12 months. The table gives the length and the format of each.
| MICA course | Duration | Format |
|---|---|---|
| PGDM-C and PGDM | 2 years | Full time, on campus |
| PGCM-AMC | 1 year | Full time, on campus |

MICA publishes an AIU letter of equivalence to an MBA for the PGDM, valid from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027. For the PGDM-C, MICA shows an earlier AIU file for 2022 to 2025 and no newer letter. Ask MICA for the current letter if equivalence matters to you.
The best course depends on your goal. The PGDM-C suits brand and marketing roles, the PGDM suits analytics and consulting, and AMC suits copywriters and art directors. Match the course to the role you want. The best courses in MICA are the ones that fit that role.
