Niagara University is a private Catholic university in the Vincentian tradition, located in the town of Lewiston in Niagara County, New York. It was founded by the Congregation of the Mission in 1856. The campus overlooks the Niagara River and is about 4 miles north of the U.S.-Canada border.The university offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as arts and sciences, business administration, education, and hospitality and tourism management.
