In his previous role as the managing partner of a full-service law firm for 17 years, David demonstrated exceptional proficiency in navigating complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financial matters, and corporate law. Beyond his legal acumen, he has successfully founded and led businesses in the technology, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Notably, David served as the Chairman of the Board for a prominent energy company based in Calgary, guiding the organization through key strategic initiatives. Outside of his professional achievements, David embraces an active lifestyle, balancing his passion for golf and hockey with a holistic approach to life that includes a love for travel and fitness.
