Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – B2B Sales to lead and grow our regional sales efforts. This role will focus on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and managing strategic relationships with B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and deep expertise in the education or edtech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Representation

  • Act as the primary representative of exclusive institutions, promoting their programs and offerings through all recruitment channels within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, institutions, and other key stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure consistent and professional representation of institutional brands in all engagements.

 

2. Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive regional enrollment and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets for exclusive institutions.
  • Develop strategies to achieve recruitment goals through diverse channels, including agent networks, institutional partnerships, and direct outreach efforts.
  • Monitor progress against targets and implement corrective measures to address underperformance.

 

3. Activity Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of recruitment activities, including agent visits, events, fairs, webinars, and institutional outreach.
  • Coordinate the execution of these activities to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on activity performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and institutional expectations.

 

4. Agent Engagement and Network Expansion

  • Manage and expand the agent network within the assigned territory to increase recruitment opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits, training sessions, and performance reviews for agents to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
  • Identify and onboard new agents in untapped markets to broaden the recruitment base.

 

5. Institutional Outreach

  • Initiate and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, and universities within the territory to create direct recruitment opportunities.
  • Organize presentations and workshops to promote institutional programs and build awareness.
  • Collaborate with local institutions to identify mutually beneficial partnerships.

 

6. Event Participation and Coordination

  • Represent exclusive institutions at regional education fairs, recruitment events, and expos to enhance visibility and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute regional recruitment events, including venue selection, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback and insights from events to improve future participation strategies.

 

7. Comprehensive Source Management

  • Ensure all potential recruitment sources in the assigned territory, including agents, fairs, direct outreach, and institutions, are effectively utilized.
  • Monitor the performance of each recruitment channel and optimize efforts to maximize outcomes.
  • Regularly assess the territory for new opportunities to expand recruitment sources.

 

8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and report on recruitment activities, lead conversions, and revenue contributions from all sources in the territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of agent performance, event outcomes, and institutional partnerships.
  • Provide detailed performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

 

9. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and regional regulations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for lead generation, engagement, and follow-up processes.
  • Address compliance issues promptly to safeguard institutional and organizational reputations.

Location:- 

North Africa- Nigeria : Cities (Kano – Jigawa, Sokoto, Kebbi, Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa, Zamfara, Yobe, Katsina, Borno)

Qualifications & Skills 

Educational Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior leadership  role. 
  • Proven experience in the edtech or education industry is highly preferred.

Skills: 

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
