Job Overview 

The Manager, ROW Enrollments, will oversee the end-to-end student enrollment process, ensuring  seamless coordination between sales and admissions teams, accurate data management, and  compliance with organizational policies. This role is critical for optimizing workflows, improving  enrollment outcomes, and enhancing the student onboarding experience globally. 

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Coordination Between Sales and Admissions Teams 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales and admissions teams to ensure smooth  communication and workflows. 
  • Facilitate accurate and timely transfer of student data and documentation from sales to  admissions. 
  • Address bottlenecks and resolve issues in the enrollment pipeline by engaging relevant  stakeholders. 

 

2. Enrollment Process Management 

  • Oversee the complete enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined timelines.
  • Monitor workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced  operational effectiveness. 
  • Ensure all enrollment activities comply with institutional and organizational policies.

 

3.  Data Accuracy and Compliance 

  • Maintain complete and accurate student records in compliance with institutional and regulatory  requirements. 
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to audit enrollment data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Regularly review and update processes to align with evolving regulations. 

 

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting 

  • Develop and monitor KPIs for enrollment activities, focusing on metrics like conversion rates, cycle  time, and accuracy. 
  • Prepare and share regular reports on enrollment progress, challenges, and successes with senior  management. 
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance enrollment outcomes.

 

5. Stakeholder Communication 

  • Facilitate clear communication between sales, admissions, and other stakeholders to ensure  alignment on priorities. 
  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates on enrollment status, highlighting areas requiring  attention. 
  • Act as the escalation point for enrollment-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

 

6. Process Optimization 

  • Collaborate with sales and admissions teams to streamline workflows and reduce enrollment cycle  time. 
  • Leverage technology tools, such as CRM systems, to improve efficiency and accuracy in enrollment  operations. 
  • Implement best practices to enhance student onboarding experiences and operational excellence.

 

7. Training and Development 

  • Conduct training sessions for sales and admissions teams to ensure alignment on processes and  requirements. 
  • Develop learning materials to enhance team understanding of enrollment policies and best  practices. 
  • Regularly assess training needs based on performance metrics and operational changes.

 

8. Timely Enrollment Delivery 

  • Monitor the enrollment pipeline to ensure students are onboarded within agreed timelines.
  • Proactively address delays by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Maintain high service standards to enhance student satisfaction during the enrollment process. 

Qualifications and Skills 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  •  Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enrollment management, operations, or a related field,  preferably in the education or EdTech sector. 
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering process improvements.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and workflow management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical mindset for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
