Job Summary:

The Executive Director of Global Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves leading the sales team, establishing key partnerships, and fostering customer relationships while aligning with MSM Unify’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Partner Institution Expectation Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure partner institution expectations are effectively executed via the global sales team.
  • Oversee operational frameworks to align internal processes with partner-specific goals, including lead quality, enrollment rates, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor the preparation and timely submission of accurate reports, such as enrollment progress, lead status, and campaign outcomes.
  • Facilitate feedback integration by addressing operational bottlenecks and aligning team efforts with partner requirements.

2. Immigration Support Management

  • Develop and oversee systems to manage student immigration processes, ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the management of documentation, visa applications, and immigration timelines.
  • Monitor the resolution of challenges in immigration-related operations to minimize delays and maintain compliance.

3. Enrollment Support Management

  • Manage the operational processes for student enrollment, ensuring seamless workflows from lead generation to admission finalization.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to address process inefficiencies and enhance the student onboarding experience.
  • Develop metrics and frameworks to monitor enrollment progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

4. Training and Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for global sales and operations teams, addressing skill gaps and enhancing operational performance.
  • Regularly assess the training needs of teams and develop tailored learning initiatives.
  • Ensure team members remain updated on partner expectations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor the impact of training programs through feedback and measurable performance improvements.

5. Workforce Management

  • Oversee global team scheduling, workload allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure balanced and efficient operations.
  • Implement workforce strategies to support organizational scalability and adaptability across regions.
  • Optimize resource utilization by monitoring team productivity and addressing imbalances.
  • Lead workforce planning to align staffing needs with operational goals and business growth.

6. Operational Excellence and Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements across immigration, enrollment, training, and workforce management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual errors in operational workflows.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and partner expectations.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics to ensure the organization meets its performance standards.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for teams across immigration support, enrollment, training, and workforce management functions.
  • Develop performance dashboards to track metrics such as lead conversion rates, enrollment progress, and training effectiveness.
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to maintain transparency and accountability across all operational activities.

8. This is an evolving role with constant improvements being made to the process.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in [industry relevant to MSM Unify].
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
