Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Institutional Partnership Development (Priority Area)

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with educational institutions to drive collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner institutions, aligning their goals with organizational offerings, including recruitment and technology solutions.
  • Activate and expand the Direct Agent Network (DAN) through extensive institutional contacts in the region.

 

2. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Formulate region-specific sales strategies tailored to market demands and organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with set targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate recruitment efforts with broader organizational strategies.

 

3. Market Analysis and Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Develop and implement strategies for entering and succeeding in new markets.
  • Ensure the organization remains adaptive to market dynamics and stakeholder needs.

 

4. Immigration Support Management

  • Work with operations and develop and oversee systems to manage student immigration processes, ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the management of documentation, visa applications, and immigration timelines.
  • Monitor the resolution of challenges in immigration-related operations to minimize delays and maintain compliance.

 

5. Enrollment Support Management

  • Work with operations and manage the operational processes for student enrollment, ensuring seamless workflows from lead generation to admission finalization.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to address process inefficiencies and enhance the student onboarding experience.
  • Develop metrics and frameworks to monitor enrollment progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

 

6. Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve revenue targets from institutional partnerships and recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize revenue streams by leveraging partnerships to create sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Introduce technology-driven solutions to diversify revenue channels and increase market competitiveness.

 

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Establish and track KPIs for partnerships, focusing on revenue contribution, lead generation quality, and tech solution adoption rates.
  • Regularly evaluate institutional partnership performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver comprehensive revenue and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

 

8. Market Analysis and Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, institutional needs, and technology adoption opportunities.
  • Develop tailored strategies for entering new markets, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed about competitive activities to refine the organization’s approach to institutional partnerships.

 

9. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all institutional partnerships adhere to market regulations, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery to partner institutions, emphasizing the integration of technology-driven solutions.
  • Proactively address compliance issues, minimizing risks and safeguarding the organization’s reputation.

Location: Africa, Nigeria

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field  preferred .
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
