Language Program - Pre-sessional English - For IELTS 5 University of Salford

This program is designed for prospective students of the University of Salford who have the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.0 overall, but would like to improve their English language proficiency before starting their chosen degree program. Over a period of 15 weeks, participants can expect to receive instruction that will improve their academic reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Emphasis will also be placed on broadening their vocabulary and improving their grammatical accuracy. As part of this immersive and intensive experience, students will also have opportunities to engage in social activities that can help them become more acquainted with British culture, and the city of Salford, as well as develop their confidence in using English in different context.
