The BA (Hons) Airline and Airport Management program at University of East London is a specialized undergraduate degree program aimed at educating the leaders of tomorrow in the aviation industry. It is designed to prepare students for management and operation roles in airlines and airports. The program covers a broad range of topics including aviation legislation, airport operations management, airline economics, air transport marketing, flight operations, and safety management. Students will also gain insights into global airline strategy, aviation insurance, and flight operations. Practical learning through airport visits, live projects, and use of simulation software is incorporated in the curriculum to provide industry exposure. University of East London (UEL) is a public university located in the London Borough of Newham, London, England, based at three campuses in Stratford and Docklands, following the opening of University Square Stratford in September 2013.The University of East London began as the West Ham Technical Institute and it was officially opened in October 1898 after approval was given for the construction of the site by the West Ham Technical Instruction Act Committee in 1892 following the Technical Instruction Act of 1889. It gained university status in 1992. It was formerly known as College of East London. In February 2019, it had more than 17,000 students from 135 countries.
