The BA (Hons) Design (Placement Year) program at Lancaster University is an undergraduate course that enables students to explore, innovate, and challenge the design field. Spanning over four years, it incorporates a placement year in industry (3rd year) providing considerable practical and professional experience. The course covers a wide range of disciplines including graphic design, product design, and interaction design with a special focus on user experience, sustainability, and digital technology.
