SPbPU Welcomes More Than 80 Int’l Exchange Students in Spring Term

On an exchange program, more than 80 international students from partner universities arrived at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU).

International exchange students will have the opportunity to study new materials, energy, economics, business and management, computer science, languages, political science, and various other topics during the spring semester.

This year, the nations from which the students come are significantly more diverse than last year: the list of academic mobility program coordinators comprises 13 countries.

In the previous spring semester, 28 students from nine different countries took part in the exchange program.

An orientation conference for international students was held at the end of last week when they got up-to-date information about studying, living, migration restrictions, and the epidemiological situation.

Following the orientation conference, they will meet with coordinators to organize curricula and timetables on an individual basis.

Entertainment and educational events also took place, necessary so that international students may get to know one another and adjust to life in Russia more rapidly.
